Paul Geist
Chief Financial Officer
Paul Geist has served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer since November 2010. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Geist served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of American Italian Pasta Company, or AIPC, a publicly traded company, from October 2004 to November 2010. Previously, Mr. Geist held executive accounting and finance positions with Potbelly Sandwich Works, a privately-owned restaurant company, Westar Energy, Inc., a publicly traded electric utility, Panera Bread Company, a publicly traded restaurant company and Houlihan’s Restaurant Group, Inc., including serving as Chief Financial Officer for Westar Energy, Inc. and Houlihan’s Restaurant Group, Inc.
